Anu Book Centre is a stationery and educational supplies retailer offering school books, stationery, past papers, printing services, electronics, mobile accessories, toys, and gift items both in-store and online.

- All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that this information is always error-free.
- Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
5. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed item(s) at the listed price.
- Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, PayHere. We do not store your full card details.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed (or, for cash-on-delivery, once we accept the order).
6. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes communicated at checkout, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss or damage to items passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Printing Services
Printing and custom orders are produced based on the files and instructions you provide. We are not responsible for errors in content, formatting, or copyright clearance of materials submitted for printing. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for the cancellation terms applicable to printing orders.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Anu Book Centre or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anu Book Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, beyond the value of the order in question.
